The National Capital Council actively supports our sea services through unit and ship adoptions. We provide support through awards, event sponsorship, MWR funding, ship/unit visits, and emergency support. The National Capital Council has been recognized by the Navy League of the United States as a leader in our support of adopted units and ships.
